Business Subscription Plans
Designed for law firms, title companies, real estate offices, medical facilities, and many other organizations with ongoing notarization needs. All plans cover remote notarizations during standard business hours (Monday—Friday, 8:00 a.m.—6:00 p.m.). After hours and weekend notarizations are billed separately at standard rates unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties.

Employee Benefit: Employees of businesses enrolled in any subscription plan are eligible for a reduced personal remote notarization rate of $9.00 per notarization during standard business hours (Monday—Friday, 8:00 a.m.—6:00 p.m.). Standard after-hours and weekend rates apply outside those hours.
In-Person Notarization & Custom Pricing
In-person electronic notarization pricing is determined based on the specific circumstances of each request, including location, travel, and document complexity. There is no charge to discuss your needs or obtain a quote.
Businesses interested in custom subscription arrangements, high-volume pricing, or in-person coverage are encouraged to contact us directly. We are happy to work with you to find a pricing structure that fits your organization’s needs.
General Pricing Notes
All fees are disclosed and agreed upon by the client prior to the notarial act taking place, in accordance with Arkansas notary law.
Payment is required at time of booking for all individual appointments.
Business subscription invoices are issued monthly or annually per the agreed plan.
Rates are per remote notarization session. Multiple documents notarized in a single session may be subject to additional fees depending on complexity.
Dot Your I’s Notary Services reserves the right to decline any notarization request for lawful reasons in accordance with Arkansas law.

How to Prepare for Your Appointment
Have your document ready — do NOT sign it before your session. The notary must witness the signature.
Have a valid government-issued photo ID available (driver’s license, passport, or state ID).
For remote sessions — ensure your device has a working camera, microphone, and stable internet connection.
You will receive a confirmation email after booking with connection instructions for your session.
Log in a few minutes early to test your connection before your scheduled time.
Payment is collect securely at time of booking. No payment is required at the time of your session.
Business Clients: If your organization is enrolled in a subscription plan, please identify your employer at booking to ensure your session is applied to your plan correctly. Employees of subscribed businesses are booking personal notarizations should also identify their employer to receive the discounted employee rate of $9.00.
