About Us
Who We Are
Dot Your I’s Notary Services in an Arkansas-based electronic notary business founded by two commissioned Arkansas eNotaries with a combined 20+ years of paralegal experience. We are not a large corporation or an automated online marketplace — we are a dedicated husband-and-wife professional team who take pride in getting every document executed correctly.
We built this business on a simple belief: that notarization is more than just a stamp. It is a critical step in the legal process, and it deserves to be handled by people who understand the law, understand documents, and understand what is at stake for the individuals and organizations they serve.
The breadth of experience means we understand the legal significance of the documents that cross our desk. We know what courts expect, what attorneys require, and what can wrong when a document is not properly executed. That knowledge is what separated Dot Your I’s from a standard notary service.
Our Background
Our paralegal careers have taken us through some of the most complex and demanding areas of law practice. Our combined experience includes:
Federal Court practice in the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas
Federal Court practice in the Eastern District of Oklahoma
Family law and domestic relations
Civil litigation
Criminal law
Real property
Probate and estate matters
Guardianship proceedings
Social Security disability
Workers’ Compensation
Personal Injury and more.
Our Commitment to You
We started Dot Your I’s Notary Services because we saw a gap in the market — affordable, qualified, professional notary services that clients could actually trust. Too often, notarization is treated as an afterthought. We treat it as a responsibility.
Every client — whether an individual signing a single document or a law firm with ongoing notarization needs — receives the same level of care and professionalism. We verify documents are complete before notarizing. We ensure signers understand what they are signing. We do the job right.
Our pricing is transparent, agreed upon in advance, and competitive — particularly during business hours. For clients who need us outside of normal hours, we are available 24 hours a day, including weekends because we understand that important matters do not always happen on a convenient schedule.
